Do you have periodical sales, such as end of year sales?
Yes and no. We have sales 365 years out of a year. If you click on "On Sale" tab on the front page, there will be multiple items on sale. We changed this almost every week depending on the inventory and customer demand.
Do you ship outside of United States?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

When should I begin shopping for my bridal gown?
At least 6- 12 months prior to the wedding day. We do have some dresses are in-stock. We do offer
rush order , but an extra fee will be charged for their service if it is available on the particular style.
When should I begin shopping for my bridesmaid dress?
You should give yourself a minimum of 6 months from the time you order the dress.
Do I have to order all bridesmaid dress together at the same time?
Bridesmaid dress are cut-to-order, therefore, order must be placed together to ensure dye lot
consistency.
Are you an authorized retailer of the designer on site?
OnlineWeddingDeals is an authorized retailer of designers and collections feature on our website.
We are selling only new and authentic merchandise obtained directly from the designer.
Can I pick up my order at your store?
Unfortunately, order cannot be picked up at OnlineWeddingDeals store location.
Shoes
I have dyed my shoes and then realise that I have ordered a wrong size. Can I still return it?
Unfortunately no. The manufacturer will not accept soiled, dyed or used shoes. Therefore we can not accept the return.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost for a pair of shoes is USD 13.50 for UPS Ground anywhere in US. For Alaska and Hawaii, we still charge USD 11.50, the only different is we use USPS Priority Mail.
