Shipping Policy for shoes and handbags

• All items will be shipped by UPS, DHL, USPS or Fedex.
• Tracking # will be e-mailed to you once order is processed.
• All orders are usually sent within 24-48 business hours, depending on when the order was placed. Most items are in stock.
• If an item is backordered, we will not charge you the item. We only charge what is being shipped plus the shipping charges. When the backorder items become available, we will notify you by email.
• Ground Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped by USPS Priority  
• Canada Shipment: Customs brokerage charges, duties and taxes will be billed to the customer. 

Return policy for shoes and handbags

• Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping fees will automatically be charged on all exchanges.
• Shipping cost are not refundable.
• All return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. After 14 days we only do exchange.
• Soiled, worn or dyed items are not returnable or exchangeable. Items are considered soiled if they are dirty and unable to be resold. All shoes should be test fitted with stockings on to avoid toe marks and wear only over carpeted areas. If your shoes are received back with toe marks / scuffed soles no refund or exchange will given. Any items sent back soiled, worn or dyed / scuffed sole can be sent back to you at your request and you will be responsible for the ship back cost.
• All handbags are final sale.
• Items that you return to OnlineWeddingDeals must be in the same new condition as they were received. This means boxes must contain all original tissue paper and shoe must be in their plastic bags. NOTHING SHOULD BE TAPED TO THE BOX. The shoe box and any other items must be sent back inside a corrugated box (like the one it came in) to prevent any damage. Do not put your shoe box in an envelope ( FedEx envelope for example ) or simply tape up your shoe box and put an address on it. This will destroy the box and thus will not be accepted back by the factory for return. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost.
• No return will be accepted without RMA#. To obtain RMA#, please send us an e-mail using contact us page.  
• All shoes returned will be charged a $11.50 to reimburse shipping and handling fees. $6.00 for additional shoes.
• The refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
  On top of the above shipping and handling fees, there will be a 18% restocking fee for all exchange or return shoes (excluding White and Ivory color).
